What should I do if am having problems finalizing my aromatherapy order?
Make sure your order meets the minumum wholesale order requirement of $100.00 or the retail requirement of $50. If it does not, the shopping cart will not accept the order. If this does not solve the problem, please call us toll free at 877-572-7662 (USA or Canada), or email us.
What should I do if I have problems logging In to my wholesale account?
If you have forgotten your password, visit the Password Recovery page to have a new password e-mailed to the email address you registered with. Unfortunately, passwords are stored encrypted and can not be retrieved, only new passwords generated. What if something is missing from my order?
If something is missing from your order, please let us know right away. Our company policy is that any and all claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Please call us toll free (Canada and US) at 877-572-7662 or from overseas (250) 334-4836.
Will there be any other charges added to my bill?
Unless you send us an email requesting changes to your order or delivery method or changes needing to be made to cover shipping costs, we will not charge your credit card any more than what is indicated on your online receipt. Please print your receipt for your records.
When will I receive my aromatherapy order?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We use Canada Post for the majority of our shipments. As soon as your order has been processed and is ready for pickup by Canada Post, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
