What should I do if I have problems logging In to my wholesale account?
If you have forgotten your password, visit the Password Recovery page to have a new password e-mailed to the email address you registered with.
Unfortunately, passwords are stored encrypted and can not be retrieved, only new passwords generated.
If you have changed your e-mail address since you registered with Green Valley Aromatherapy, please login with your old address and update your profile. If you are unable to do this (because of an old password, etc.) you can register as a new wholesale customer, using your new contact information.
