According to Suzanne Catty, Black Spruce hydrosol is a perfect choice for the adrenal glands. Its use can regenerate the adrenals and supports thymus activity. This can boost the immune system and lead to a sense of well-being.
As a cold compress it can be used for pain relief and to help with inflammation of sore joints, muscles and sprains. If you suffer from carpal tunnel or repetitive strain injury, black spruce hydrosol can help alleviate your symptoms. Apply the cold hydrosol to a cloth on the affected area to feel relief.
