Created to help our clients with their quest for peace and inner harmony, our pure essential oil blend of Amyris, Grapefruit, Rose geranium, and Ylang Ylang will hopefully give you the relief you need.
Amyris essential oil is thought to have antiseptic, calming, sedative, and stress relieving properties, and with its musky, rich scent, this oil adds a great base for the rest of the blend. Steam distilled from the wood and branches of the plant, this oil is gentle yet persistent in its aroma, and has be known to help one battle the flu and coughs.
Grapefruit essential oil is known as a “happy” oil due to its potentially powerful anti-depressant and emotional stimulant properties. Filled with a sweet, pithy, beautifully citrusy aroma, this top oil is cold pressed from the peel. Grapefruit essential oil is thought to have antiseptic, detoxifying, digestive and emotional stimulating properties. A great oil to use when struggling with the “winter blues”.
Rose Geranium essential oil has a floral, herbal, rosy aroma, and is steam distilled from the leaf with some rose petals. This oil is thought to have antibacterial, anti-depressant, anti-infectious, and anti-inflammatory properties, and has been used to help treat burns and other skin ailments. Rose Geranium essential oil is supposed to be very calming and uplifting.
Ylang Ylang essential oil may have great anti-depressant, antiseptic, hypotensive, and sedative effects. With a deep floral aroma, this oil can potentially slow down rapid breathing and heart rates, which lends itself to be great to use when feeling panicked or overwhelmed. Please note that too much of this oil can cause nausea and/or headaches. These oils mixed together allow this blend to be calming and soothing without being too sedative (thanks to the Grapefruit and Rose Geranium essential oils!)
Use in a car diffuser, or take it with you in a personal inhaler to use this calming blend whenever you need.
