Aromatherapy Aches & Pains Blend
- 6 drops Lavender essential oil
- 4 drops Petitgrain essential oil
- 6 drops Eucalyptus essential oil
- 30ml Jojoba Oil
Combine all oils into a 30ml bottle and shake well to blend. The anti-spasmodic and anti-inflammatory properties of these essential oils may be helpful for sore and aching muscles after a strenuous hike or workout. This aromatherapy blend can also be added to the bath. Add 1 tablespoon to running water. Caution, the tub may be slippery.
