Pre or Post Sports Aromatherapy Rub Spray

Pour Aloe Vera into an empty spray bottle; add all the essential oils and seal. Shake well before each use. Spray aromatherapy sports rub on legs and arms prior to a workout and rub in to help encourage circulation to the muscles. Spray on most used muscles immediately after workout to help combat muscle cramping and pain.
