Recipe for Allergies
Allergies: no one seems to know what causes them, or how to cure them! Allergies interfere with sleep, concentration, socializing, and can cause watery eyes, itchy skin, and general irritability. This can be very upsetting for children and adults alike.
Thankfully there are essential oils that may help alleviate these symptoms, such as Goldenrod. This organic, wild-crafted Canadian essential oil is of very high quality, and contains many useful properties. Goldenrod has been around for centuries, and was originally thought of as a weed due to its playful nature.
Although it has been around for so long, it has only recently been tested to see what properties it contains. These properties turned out to be amazing.
Goldenrod essential oil may have anti-inflammatory and expectorant properties. It is said to help with allergy symptoms and other respiratory issues by helping ease congestion and stop your nose from running.
We have created a blend to use in the diffuser that may help relieve your allergy symptoms:
- Goldenrod essential oil 30 drops (1ml)
- Bergamot FCF essential oil 15 drops (1/2ml)
- Grapefruit essential oil 15 drops (1/2ml)
Add the 60 drops (2mls) into a small bottle, and shake well before use.
Fill your diffuser with water and add in 3-5 drops of this blend.
