Claims & Returns
Damaged or missing items claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Claims must be made on the carrier for parcels damaged or lost in transit.
Returns are NOT accepted without prior authorization (parcel must be clearly marked with AR#) and a 25% restocking fee will be charged.
2ml tester bottles are not returnable under any circumstances.
Returns will not be authorized after 30 days from date of purchase. Customers must indicate on customs documentation and the parcel that the return is a “return to manufacturer” or they pay any brokerage fees. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
