Claims & Returns

Damaged or missing items claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Please check your parcel carefully. Contact us Toll Free 1-877-572-7662 to make a claim.

For parcels damaged or lost in transit, contact us and we will submit a claim with the carrier.

Returns are NOT accepted without prior authorization (parcel must be clearly marked with AR#). A 25% restocking fee may apply. Returns will not be authorized after 30 days from date of purchase. Customers must indicate on customs documentation and the parcel that the return is a “return to manufacturer”. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
