How much will I be charged for shipping?
New Flat Rate Shipping Pricing- Regular Parcel
British Columbia – $10
The Rest of Canada – $12
USA – $15
In general, shipping rates are based on the greater of volumetric or actual weight, not product volume as is required by Canada Post, Fed Ex, UPS and Canpar. Rates are calculated automatically at the end of the shopping cart process and you have the choice of shipper.
Volumetric weight of the shipment is calculated using the dimensions (length x width x depth) of the box in which the parcel is shipped.
For example a 1 Litre (1000ml) item does not weigh 1000g, it can weigh anywhere from 1250g to 1850g or more, depending on the viscosity of the product, yet it must be put in a box whose volumetric weight is 2.3 kg. You would be charged for 2.3kgs.
Shipping charges are calculated at the end of the shopping cart process but on rare occasions may be adjusted during order processing if they are not adequate.
In the unlikely event that the shipping charge quoted on this site is inadequate, we reserve the right to adjust the shipping charge to cover our costs. You will be notified before any adjustment is made.
