This chakra governs the pancreas, liver, digestive system, spleen, gall bladder, muscles and lower back. The Solar Plexus chakra is associated with personal power, self-control, willpower, inner harmony, acceptance of self and strength.
The Solar Plexus chakra is connected to the fire element, the colour yellow and the sense of sight. Some crystals associated with this chakra are yellow citrine, topaz, aventurine quarts and sunstone.
