Rosemary essential oil was added to this synergy as it may bring stimulation to the brain and give you the boost you need to get moving. This essential oil is a middle note with a grounded, slightly spiced scent.
Palmarosa essential oil may help to deal with exhaustion and stress-related conditions, and may have anti-bacterial and cellular stimulating properties.
Sweet Orange essential oil is what we like to call ‘sunshine in a bottle’ – happily motivating you onward with it’s wonderfully tangy bouquet.
Bergamot essential oil is thought to be an anti-anxiety oil which may bring balance and peace of mind. Reminiscent of earl grey tea (which gets it’s distinct flavour from bergamot), this oil is non-stimulating and may have soothing properties
Energize blend can be used on your wash cloth in the shower as you start your day, or put a few drops in your AromaCar diffuser and be ready to roll once you hit the office!
