Overworked Muscles Massage oil
Essential oils are a natural fit when trying to treat sore and painful muscles. Try this blend of essential oils after a hard run or workout.
- 5 drops of Eucalyptuse essential oil
- 5 drops of Peppermint essential oil
- 5 drops of Ginger essential oil
Dilute blend in 15 drops of carrier oil and massage directly into the painful muscles. Repeat daily as necessary.
