Welcome to a beautiful bright New Year!
We find it takes us some time to become grounded again after the pandemonium of the holiday season. January can often have an anticlimactic feeling that leaves us a bit dreary and glum as we return to our day-to-day routines. This is a perfect time to bring out your refreshing, uplifting essential oil blends. Some of our favourites include Elevate the Spirit, Energize, Sunshine and Tropical Delight. If you are feeling low while sitting at your desk we even have personal USB diffusers that plug directly into your computer or laptop.

Cedarwood essential oil is widely used in the cosmetic and perfume industry, especially for mens’ toiletries. It breaks down mucus, making it useful for treating catarrhal conditions, especially bronchitis. It can also help to disperse excess fluids throughout the body, which may aid in the reduction of cellulite and fluid retention.
Cedarwood is also helpful in boosting hair growth as it strengthens hair follicles by enhancing circulation to the scalp.

A wonderfully silky, luscious aroma that completely envelops you; Infinite Bliss is a blend of Benzoin, Cinnamon, Grapefruit, Lime, Palmarosa, Patchouli and Vanilla.
The base notes of Benzoin, Patchouli and Vanilla are balanced beautifully with Cinnamon as a medium note and Grapefruit, Lime and Palmarosa adding a refreshing combination of top notes.

Wonderful for all skin types, Avocado oil is rich in vitamins A, C, D and E, proteins, beta-carotene, potassium, lecithin and fatty acids. This carrier oil is very moisturizing and especially nourishing to dehydrated skin. It is said that Avocado oil can help to increase collagen production which will reduce the appearance of fine lines, scars and age spots.
lavender vanilla lip scrub:
Our lips are often neglected, especially during the winter months & they can end up quite dry and rough. This scrub will help to gently exfoliate and moisturize them, leaving them exquisitely soft.
1/2 Cup White Sugar
1/2 Cup Finely Ground Himalayan Salt
1/4 Cup Avocado Oil
2 Tablespoons Raw Honey
15 drops each of Vanilla Boosted Extract and Lavender Essential oil
Mix sugar and salt together well. Add oil, honey and essential oils. Separate into smaller jars for gifts or keep it all to yourself! To use apply generously to lips and gently massage. Rinse off with warm water and follow up with your favourite moisturizing lip balm.
