The Canada Post strike has complicated things for our small business, but good news this week: we have been informed that parcels will begin being picked up again as soon as Thursday the 19th. profile on marjoram, sweet essential oil
Marjoram is an excellent essential oil to use when dealing with diseases that affect the ability of the individual to breathe (asthma, bronchitis, colds). When used in a steam inhalation it is quick to clear congested breathing passages. It is warming while having analgesic and sedative properties. For those with a persistent, tickly cough this oil can be blended into a carrier to be massaged onto the throat and chest area (great before bed with the sedative aspect). For insomnia, this oil is a great one to use, especially when combined with Lavender essential oil, in a warm bath before going to bed.
Marjoram essential oil is also a vasodilator, making it a good oil to use in the treatment of high blood pressure and heart conditions. It is a good essential oil to add to your post work out massage oil, as its ability to improve localized circulation will help to transport the toxins left in the muscles (due to the heavy exertion) away and out of the body. On an emotional level, those individuals who are lonely or grieving may use Marjoram essential oil for a short period of time. This oil also has the reputation of being used as an anti-aphrodisiac!

A Grounding, uplifting blend of Benzoin, Frankincense, Myrrh, Sweet Orange and Ylang Ylang. Created with the gifts of the 3 Wise Men in mind, While we couldn’t blend gold into this synergy, instead we chose oils with golden tones, like Orange and Benzoin. To gently sweeten the scent, we added a touch of Ylang Ylang. This popular blend can be helpful with forgiveness, letting go and moving forward peacefully.

Rosehip seed oil moisturizes dry, mature, sensitive, allergic, aging and problem skin. It is said to reduce inflammation, regenerate scar tissue, help with wrinkles and age spots, and may help to prevent and fade stretch marks.
Our Rosehip seed oil contains over 80% linoleic and linolenic acid. These essential fatty acids greatly assist in the healing of damaged tissue. It has been helpful when treating burns, scars and dry mature skin.

scar oil treatment
This blend will help to heal the skin and improve the look of scars left by injury, surgery or acne. The oils are gentle and generally well tolerated, even on sensitive skin, while also being powerful healers. Please note, this oil treatment should only be applied once the wound has completely healed.
- 30ml roll on bottle
- 15ml Rosehip Seed Oil
- 15ml Castor Oil
- 10 drops Carrot seed essential oil
- 15 drops Frankincense essential oil
- 5 drops Helichrysum essential oil
After the area has been cleansed and dried, apply the oil blend above and gently massage into the skin. This can be done in the morning and at night.
