The crown chakra is the seventh chakra, located at the top of the skull. It governs the Central Nervous System, pineal gland and thought processes.

It is associated with elevated spiritual consciousness ~ perfection, integration/unity, divine wisdom and purpose, bliss, understanding and enlightenment.

The Crown Chakra is connected to the colour violet. Some crystals associated with this chakra are clear quartz, amethyst, white tourmaline, snowy quartz and the herkimer diamond.

This synergy contains the essential oils of Roman Chamomile, Geranium, Orange and Palmarosa.

Rosemary floral water is a mental and physical stimulant that provides a wonderful “pick me up” feeling.

Studies show that it is a strong antioxidant, a mild diuretic and it has circulatory stimulation properties. Rosemary floral water is revitalizing, refreshing and encourages circulation.

It revitalizes the skin and is a very useful toner for normal to oily skin. Spritz your face for acne problems or just refresh a room with this lovely fresh scent.

Rosemary floral water is a great add-on after you have shampooed. It has a stimulating effect on the hair follicles and is reported to help keep your colour vibrant. This floral water promotes healthy, shiny hair. Apply to hair but don’t rinse.

diy reed diffuser

Reed Diffusers are a wonderful, passive type of diffuser used to release a very light, subtle scent. They work well in small enclosed spaces, such as a bathroom, closet, entryway or mud room. You can flip the reeds every couple of days to help refresh the scent, and once they are completely saturated, replace them.

What You Will Need:

• Small glass jar with a small opening
• Essential oils
• Fractionated coconut oil
• Vodka, rubbing alcohol or witch hazel
• Reed diffusers

Directions:

• Pour ¼ cup of oil into your glass jar.
• Add 2 TBSP of alcohol and mix to incorporate.
• Add 7-10 drops of your chosen essential oils.
• Using one of the reeds, give the mixture another stir.
• Add the rest of the reeds and fan them out.
